These per-minute rates only work at program scale, 45 minutes of content or more. Across a program we build one graphics library and one streamlined process and reuse them in every module, and that is where the savings come from. Training and eLearning video is priced per finished minute by complexity tier, because it is built as a program: a visual system designed once and reused across every module. Most programs blend all three tiers, keeping the simpler ones for content-heavy modules and reserving premium animation where visual richness genuinely changes comprehension. A typical 45-minute course split across the tiers comes to roughly $800 to $900 per finished minute. That reuse is also why the rates start at about 45 minutes of content: a short one-off piece has no library to draw on and is priced much higher per minute.
