East coast based? Choosing a local(ish) studio is a no brainer for live action video production. It can also encourage better communication, a deeper understanding of the local market and audience, and more competitive pricing. True, proximity is less important for animation than it is for live video, but even here, being neighbors certainly doesn’t hurt!
