Training and eLearning video is priced per finished minute by complexity tier, because it is built as a program: a visual system designed once and reused across every module. Most programs blend all three tiers, keeping the simpler ones for content-heavy modules and reserving premium animation where visual richness genuinely changes comprehension. A typical 45-minute course split across the tiers comes to roughly $800 to $900 per finished minute. That reuse is also why the rates start at about 45 minutes of content: a short one-off piece has no library to draw on and is priced much higher per minute.
